The Safe Mode will disable all add-ins and macros. We have several PC's exactly the same PC's (HP Pro 3305 MT) daily and the problem only occurs on 1 of them. Resolved! If crash issue appeared, please find the crashdump file under c:\.

I would have to physically launch excel in safe mode, then close, then re-open normally, then open a file for it work properly. Your fix worked like a charm...
