Reboot your computer, and it should reinstall the disk drive A. Launching Norton Ghost produced the error on two of my computers.Changing the (four) multi-reader drive letters worked on both computers. Problem I think was from unplugging external USB backup drive before safely removing I think. Also changing the letter on my DVD burner left me with a "no recorder" message using Roxio. You'll see something like this:My mistake was to rightclick the stuff in the top right hand bit. cheers, worked perfectly. Maybe a person did a scan with Norton on the external drive and Norton is still looking for it.
