You may wish to call the manufacturer of your antivirus, firewall, and security software for assistance in adding Family Tree Maker (FTM.exe) as an exception. At the same time, it would be nice to have a better support design that provides a direct link to the official company. The hard thing is to find a way to channel and use that knowledge so that those users feel valued and not frustrated.
