Only one of them am I able to change, so I didn't delete any because I think my problem is solved. I cannot do a system restore because I cannot go back past the last time I tried to do it, which was two days ago. One more thing, you can still run it again as process WITHOUT RESTARTING your pc or something (usually your desktop disappears then you restart).. since when an internal program goes out from your system.

so now the flick and my problem with cpu being consumed, has gone. explorer.exe is the Windows Program Manager or Windows Explorer. I shut it down using task manger then restarted it using the file, new task, explorer.exe and enter, It restarted went ballistic up to a 100% for a while then flatline Loading...

Explorer.exe is really a part of windows, but there are sveral malicious programs that infect the file so that you don't even notice.

After I CTRL ALT DEL, I opened the File, run, browse, and searched for the file (in my case it was a DL'ed video) which I then deleted. Microsoft.
